Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 50000 support team immediately.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when requested by management. Required documents include a valid copy of your identification card. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 50000 platform, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:

4Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 50000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow transfers, online banking via FPX, and supported local e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes upon payment confirmation.
For withdrawals, users are required to use a bank account registered under the same name as their 50000 account profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times may take between one and three business days depending on the method and bank used.
50000 reserves the right to withhold or suspend withdrawal processing where an investigation is required, including cases where suspicious activity is detected. In such situations, our support team will reach out to the user via their registered email to request additional information if needed.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 50000 support team within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the transaction. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with our standard procedures once identity verification is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the 50000 platform are the exclusive property of 50000 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of this content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
